  • Upon registration, a non refundable €30 per class will be due (this will be deducted from your balance when we send you the invoice before September )

  • Any fees that are outstanding 2 weeks into term will incur a €50 late fee. We understand that people are busy and can genuinely forget so we will send a gentle reminder email the week beforehand.

  • We also understand that people have different circumstances and if you are struggling to pay fees within the first two weeks of term please contact us and we can design an installment payment plan with you directly.

  • Children must be able to use the restroom independently, including recognizing the need to go, managing clothing, and cleaning themselves with minimal assistance.

Party Terms & Conditions

  • Arrival and Departure Times: The Birthday family can arrive 15 minutes ahead of your allocated party time to allow time to bring up the cake etc. Doors will open to your party guests a few minutes before the starting time. We will often have multiple parties on the same day so would kindly ask for a timely departure within 15 minutes after the party has finished.

  • The parties are structured as follows:

  • 1.5hrs of entertainment finishing with half an hour of food/cake time. Our Party Hosts are absolutely fantastic so all you need to do is sit back and relax and we will take care of the entire party for you!

  • If you are bringing your own food, the party tea can be put out in the last half hour only. We have plenty of kitchen space where you can store it until the food time.

  • Help us spread the magic We love to capture some of the fun and heartwarming moments of our parties to help spread the word to other little Superstars and promote our parties.🤗 If you do NOT want photos taken please let us know, otherwise it is presumed that you are happy with the photography and promotion.

  • Please note that access to our balcony is prohibited during the parties.

Glitz Costume Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Rental Period

The standard rental period is 14 days, beginning on the date of collection and ending on the agreed return date.

Late returns will incur an additional fee

Extensions must be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

  • Deposit and Payment

A refundable security deposit of €50 is required before collection of the costume(s).

Deposits will be refunded upon return of the costume in an acceptable condition, less any applicable fees for damages or late returns.

  • Care and Use of Costumes

Costumes must be returned in the same condition as when hired. 

Costumes should not be altered, cut, or permanently modified in any way.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the costume is kept clean and free from damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Smoking, eating, or drinking while wearing the costume is discouraged to avoid stains or odors.

  • Damage, Loss, or Theft

If a costume is returned damaged, a repair or replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

If a costume is lost or stolen, the hirer must pay the full replacement cost as determined by Glitz Costume Hire

The hirer is responsible for any missing accessories or components of the costume and will be charged accordingly.

  • Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental period will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for costumes returned early.

  • Liability 

Glitz Costume Hire is not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage caused by the use of hired costumes.

The hirer agrees to use the costumes at their own risk.

By hiring a costume, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
